Adobe Usage data in Admin Portal

Question

We as Visteon has ETLA signed with Adobe and Adobe is for sure collecting usage information unless if the option is specifically disabled by users. Not many users do that.

We herewith request Adobe for usage report. Example: We want to know the no of days, duration the user has used the Adobe Application (Including Acrobat) in the last 3 months.

Adobe Competitors like Autodesk have made this report readily available in Admin Portal itself and Adobe being a big player in the market should start providing this in the Adobe Admin Portal for its customers.

@Dev@SAM this is a public forum not direct support from Adobe. I can assure you, Adobe does not have this information currently and has been a requested feature from other Admins incl. myself for years.

If you need other metrics from Adobe, contact support through your Enterprise Admin Console support tab.
