Adobe VIP Account Hierarchy Configuration

Dear Adobe Support,

I am reaching out to inquire about the feasibility and process of structuring our Adobe VIP accounts so that one acts as a "child organization" under another. We currently manage two separate Adobe administration portals, each with its own VIP number:

  • Main Organization
  • Intended Child Organization

Our goals are to streamline license management and simplify administrative processes. Could you please advise on the following:

  1. Is it possible to set up our Adobe administration portals in a parent-child organization structure with the above VIP numbers?
  2. What steps are involved in implementing this structure?
  3. Are there specific considerations or limitations we should be aware of?
  4. How would this restructuring affect our license usage and compliance?

We aim to ensure our use of Adobe products remains aligned with best practices and your licensing agreements. Your guidance and any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your support.
