ADOBE WONT ALLOW TO CANCEL NO MANAGE PLAN BUTTON

FOR 2 MONTHS NOW I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING CANCELLATION OF OUR ACCOUNT BUT ADOBE IS STILL CHARGING US. I AM BEYOND FURIOUS BECAUSE THEY HAVE PURPOSEFULLY TAKEN AWAY THE MANAGE ACCOUNT BUTTON. I SPOKE TO AN AGENT AND THEY SAID THEY WERE HAVING TECHINICAL ISSUES.

 

NO IT JUST LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM ALLOWING ME TO CANCEL.

 

WHERES THE SUPPORT , WHERES OUR MONEY REFUND AND WHERE IS THE CANCELLATION?

I'm really sorry you're having trouble with the cancellation process. Based on your subscription details, it looks like your Adobe Teams account is not currently in its renewal window, which is why the cancellation option is not appearing. However, you can still cancel your subscription anytime by reaching out to Adobe Customer Support.

 

If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel after that, you may be charged 50% of the remaining contract value, but your service will continue until the end of the billing period for that month.
