Adobe XD stuck on Splash Screen

Hello,

We deploy Adobe XD via SCCM Task Sequence to a large number of machines where I work. Some of the machines we've been testing the install on have successfully installed XD, but when anyone tries to run it, it simply sits at the splash screen. I've attempted to sign-in and sign-out of the Creative Cloud app, but that doesn't affect it. Rebooting the machine does not seem to effect it.

The machines we are testing this on are Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2

NVIDIA Quadro P1000

Intel Xenon E-2146G

The windows Event viewer shows an application error

The program XD.exe version 45.1.62.3 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
Process ID: 3b5c

Faulting package full name: Adobe.CC.XD_45.1.62.3_x64__adky2gkssdxte
Faulting package-relative application ID: App

Is there any explaination why XD is behaving this way? No other Adobe apps are freezing like XD is on the machine after install via Task Sequence. I've attached a log file I found for XD, though I don't really understand anything in it.

There is a known issue with some earlier versions of XD where this happened. This should now be fixed in the latest version (currently 48.0.12), so I would suggest upgrading to see if this resolves it for you as well.

UPDATE:

My XD auto-updates, so that was't the issue.

I had updated Windows Powertoys and THAT might have been the issue (it caused other issues too).

The solution was simply restarting my computer. 🤦‍♀️

All is well now! ✨

There are also some other possible causes of this, details can be found in this knowledge-base article for anyone for whom the above doesn't resolve the issue: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/xd-crashes-when-launched-on-Windows.html

Have you found the solution? I have the same issue.
