Adobe XI License Activation

I have purchased a new computer and need to activate my license from the old computer. There is no option to deactivate from the old computer.  is ANYONE else as FRUSTRATED as I am with the LACK of contact with Adobe Customer Service?  And I use the term "Customer Service" Extremely loosely!!!  If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.  Email is maa@moyleandassociates.com

You've posted in the enterprise forum. Is it an enterprise license (administered for you by a large company)? If it is, You must not Go to Adobe Customer Service directly, but go through your local account administrator.
