Thank you for reaching out. I’ve reviewed your account and can see that you currently have an Adobe Creative Cloud Individual subscription.

Based on the information you shared, it appears that multiple users may be accessing this subscription. As a quick reference, Adobe’s account‑sharing policy states that whether you’re using a personal Adobe account or working in Adobe apps as part of a Teams plan, each Adobe account is intended for individual use only. Learn more about Account sharing policy

Sharing your Adobe account with someone is against Adobe policy, and can interrupt workflows, damage files, and may cause security problems that put your personal information at risk. Learn more about Adobe's policies that prohibit account sharing

To support use by two or more people, you may consider one of the following options:

Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams
If your work requires multiple users to access Adobe apps, you can upgrade your plan to Creative Cloud for teams, to know more see: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/individuals-to-teams-plan-upgrade.html

Shared Device License (SDL)
If the usage is in a classroom, lab, or shared workstation environment (such as an educational or training setting), a Shared Device License may be suitable. SDL licenses are managed by an administrator and are intended for non-personal, shared machines. Please refer to the following guide for more details:
https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/sdl-deployment-guide.html

Please note that Shared Device Licenses are not designed for personal devices and require setup through an organization’s Admin Console.

If you decide to move to a Teams plan or an SDL setup, this would require a separate purchase outside of your current Creative Cloud All Apps Individual plan.

We recommend reviewing your usage requirements and selecting the option that best fits your workflow. If you’d like assistance in determining the most appropriate licensing model, please let us know, we’ll be happy to help further.

Thank you for your understanding. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Bani

you need a teams or enterprise subscription for that.
