I ran the following command on the Mac server

/Applications/Utilities/Adobe\ Application\ Manager/CCP/utilities/AUSST/AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool --root=/Library/Server/Web/Data/Sites/Default/AdobeUpdates --incremental

It gave the following response

What can I do to fix this problem apart from trying again?

Also which 7 items was the error found? And is that relevant?
