After installing Adobe Acrobat DC through msiexec I'm not able to launch the application

I installed Adobe Acrobat DC through msiexec with my upgrade licenses key. After I install it, I go to START/ALL PROGRAM to launch DC from there, when I launch it I receive this:

This screen will run for a few minutes and then close, never actually launching DC. But I can go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 2015\Acrobat and launch it from there using the Acrobat.exe.

I also have it that after I installed it, I went to START/ALL PROGRAM to launch it and there is no Icons next to the application:

I'm testing this for my Enterprise and we launch the install via SCCM. Some systems it install correctly and some systems I receive the issues I have stated above. Does any one know what is causing this not to install correctly on some but not others?
