All adobe programs and other files are closed, but the synchronizing in cc doesn't work

Hi, i have a problem with synchronizing in adobe CC. It says i cant synchronize because some of the files are open, but they arent, i dont have one file linked to that file open, and no other adoeb programs are open accept CC.

Help...!

Anyone else who has had this problem?
