All apps getting uninstalled constantly

Hello,

Can someone help me with why my Creative Cloud apps keep getting uninstalled? I'm not doing anything in particular, I just use the apps and once a week or so, when I launch creative cloud desktop, all the apps are uninstalled just like if it was my first time using it. I have a very slow internet and not a lot of spare time on my hands so if there is a solution to that I'd really appreciate it.

Jeremy, I am sorry you are encountering problems. It appears your educational institution manages your membership.  Have you contacted them regarding the applications being uninstalled?  Did they provide you any documentation on what to do if you encounter problems using the membership they have provided?

Do you mean uninstalled as in completely gone from your computer, or do you mean the below?

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
