All Creative Cloud for teams app cannot open

All my CC app cannot be launch. It will automatically close after launch. I cannot open any psd, ai, jpg, png and etc.

I already update all the CC app. I can login to my Creative Cloud and download all the update.

The issue is the application will automatically close.

Please advice.
