Am paying every month for Acrobat Pro. but cannot use it!!!

My organisation is paying for Acrobat Pro licence.

When I try to edit a document, adobe asks me to sign up for a free trial.

This is already paid for!!

Yes, I am logged into Adobe.

Yes, I should be able to edit documents unde the existing, paid for licence.

Extremely exasperating!!

Please either enable the features or provide a refund,
