Amalgamate 4 VIP licenses down to 1 VIP license for EDU

Good day,

I am working for a school district. We have struggled over the past couple of years to pin down the best licensing option and rolling with the Adobe growing pains.

To the point, we now have a situation where 4 VIP accounts are coming to the end of their subscription and we would like to amagamate the licenses into 1. My question comes regarding what the end user will experience on this change. Will the IT team need to re-install the adobe package? Can we deploy the license change in an easier fashion? Or will the license change not effect any of the installs?

Thank you in advance for any light that can be shed on this!

Hello Cael,

We really apologize for the experience you had with the licensing.

It seems that you are using the shared device k-12 licenses so there is no need to re-install the apps. Once you get the new license under one contract the admin can create a license package selecting the shared device license option and deploy it on the lab machines which will activate the apps.
