An assinged a Acrobat DC license doesn't show up on local Creative Cloud

hello, 

Our company admin recently assigned an Acrobat DC license to me, but it doesn't appear on the local Creative cloud. I've tried logging out & logging in again, restarting, etc. Creative cloud only gives me the option to start a trial or buy a new license. Any help would be appreciated.

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
