Come da oggetto, 
non trovo modo per annullare il piano business.

Come devo fare?

At the moment, there is no option to cancel a license, only to add a new one.
I will contact support regarding this, but I believe it represents a poor customer experience not to provide the ability—common in nearly all other subscription services—to deactivate a plan at any time.

Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Based on the conversation above, you are attempting to cancel an Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams plan but are unable to locate the option to cancel a license.

Please note that this cancellation capability is being rolled out gradually and may not yet be available in your account. You will still be able to manage your licenses during your renewal window, where you can add or remove products and licenses as needed. I tried following this guide https://helpx.adobe.com/it/enterprise/using/cancel-teams-subscription.html because I have a Teams plan, but I don't see the cancel button.

@sirmarcop sorry, copied the wrong link... to cancel an Adobe Creative Cloud for teams plan, you need to sign in to the Adobe Admin Console and navigate to Account > Plans and licenses. Locate the specific plan you want to cancel, select "Manage" and then "Cancel Licenses". Follow the cancellation prompts, which may include choosing a reason for cancellation and reviewing the cancellation details
