I continue to try to log in with my college email, but I keep getting hit with "Another user is currently logged in." I keep clearing cookies and I restart my browser and it gets me nowhere. If anyone knows how to help me out it will be greatly appreciated.

    With your college email, are you logging in with the 'enterprise' option rather than Adobe ID? The enterprise option, which will allow you to use single sign-on may be the correct one to use but the error points at a problem that your IT admins would need to fix because of how you have been set up.

    They need to make sure that the email address being used to start the login process matches with the email address listed in the Admin Console and the username passed back in the NameID field of the SAML Assertion.

    I tried both Adobe ID and Enterprise Login, but they both lead to the same quote.
