Any one else having trouble contacting Adobe

Why is it so difficult to reach Adobe?  I phone but never get through.  Emails take too long to get responded to.

Just to complement what @iCharles said: you need to be an administrator to access the admin console. If you are not an administrator, contact an administrator in your organization. They should do a) first level support and b) contact Adobe support if the solution is unknown to them.

Oh, yes, do you have an enteprise account? If so use the Admin Console to raise a support case.
