App and account help please

I am one of the ITs at a park and rec. We recently got a new marketing and special events supervisor. She is trying to access the Creative Cloud apps on the same pc the old supervisor used, but is not able to open them. It is a general login.  Someone had to fill in and do some of the marketing work while we were trying to fill the position. All have used the same computer, but have different logins. Is it the different logins that is causing the problem? Is it possible to for the new supervisor to be able to use that creative cloud account?

Creative Cloud accounts are for individual people. They must not be shared or given to a new hire. Instead they must be assigned a new Adobe ID, with the old account cancelled. If it's an individual (not a teams or enterprise license) the company has no way to cancel or transfer the old account!

I assume this is a Teams/Enterprise plan with one seat per user.

Has your IT admin assigned the new hire a seat and log-in yet?

By different logins, do you mean they each have their own Adobe account?

If it is an individual subscription, it is tied to the subscription holder and others may not use it according to the EULA.

Is this a Teams account?
