App installation fail

I'm having a difficult time installing apps onto my comuter. Example: Premire Pro instalation installs up to 20% and then fails to install the rest.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

Yes it does and I've tried to install CC to my desktop but I have no success.
