Hi.

I've got a virtual machine where i've had creative cloud and a bunch of Adobe programs installed but it suddently started crashing with the following error (sorry for language):

Problemsignatur:
Navn på problemhændelse: APPCRASH
Programnavn: Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe
Programversion: 5.3.5.13
Tidsstempel for program: 5f9b8521
Fejlmodulnavn: Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe
Fejlmodulversion: 5.3.5.13
Tidsstempel for fejlmodul: 5f9b8521
Undtagelseskode: c000001d
Undtagelsesforskydning: 001adde3
OS-version: 6.3.9600.2.0.0.144.8
Landestandard-id: 1030

I tried to uninstall the apps and reinstall them but got the same error. I've looked all over the web and done whatever hit I stumbled upon.

This is kind of critical as we got multiple end users in a business that's using the VM for adobe.

Correct answer Sebastian Lyngsøe

Kindly check if you are seeing the same behavior when using the apps in a physical machine. You can check the technical support boundaries for VM or server based environment: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/technical-support-boundaries-virtualized-server-based.html

Hi again,

We're using Microsoft Azure 🙂

The end user only used Creative Cloud to get access to Acrobat DC so we just downloaded it via the online Creative Cloud.
