Application login loop

New MacBook Pro, macOS 10.14.

Installed the CC app, and was able to log into my account successfully there.

Used CC to install Photoshop and Illustrator.

Both applications ask for my login upon launch, appear to accept the credentials, but then the login pops up again. This will continue endlessly. If I cancel, the application quits.

Anyone seen this behavior? Looking for a fix. Thanks!

Correct answer mark.culbertson

Mark, I would recommend the admin open a support ticket from within the Administrator Console.  This will allow them to work directly with a Creative Cloud for Team expert so that the necessary changes to allow activation can be implemented.

Alternately, they will want to verify that the current computer is able to access all of the servers listed in Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints and that there are no restrictions in place that are preventing you from self-managing the activation process.

So the correct answer, if you're on a team licensing plan, and have installed your license on two computers already, is that it's not possible for you (or your administrator) to do this yourself.

Your administrator needs to open a ticket with Adobe to manually remove the two machines from your licensing.

Sorry, tried all these with no difference.

Also uninstalled/re-installed all components, and disabled two-factor auth to see if it was somehow related.

Moving this discussion to the Enterprise & Teams forum.

Mark.culbertson, sorry you are facing problems activating your Creative Cloud for Team membership on the current computer.  I would recommend working with your Creative Cloud for Teams admin so that the current activations can be managed.  The current error is occurring because you are unable to manage the activations as discussed in Device activation limit | Creative Cloud 2019 .
