Application Manager Enterprise Edition for CS5 is not launching on Win 7 X64

I need to deploy Photoshop CS5 Extended through System Center to a handful of machines. I am trying to launch Adobe Applicatino Manager Enterprise Edition on my Win 7 x64 box but it is not loading. Have tried it on two machines and also tried running as administrator. This is generally what I am seeing: http://www.screencast.com/t/G23HayP5

I posed the question on Twitter, and the great support people pointed me to this forum after having me disable Sophos AV, change Certificate Settings, and check the Firewall.

I really need to get the deployment out ASAP, any thoughts on how to get it working so I can license the product and create an MSI?
