Apps are still locked on my creative cloud despite paying for creative cloud.

I recently purchased the Creative Cloud for students but cannot access any apps. Whenever I try to open any of the apps, it says my license is expired. I tried to get help from Adobe, but it keeps telling me to talk to IT.  I purchased Creative Cloud yesterday so I'm unsure if I have to wait longer until I can use it or if I have to contact someone.

Hi @Jhoselyn37199101hfas,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon reviewing the Adobe ID associated with your query, it appears that both an individual subscription and an enterprise subscription are linked to your account. Please note that the charges you are receiving are for the individual subscription.

To address this, kindly sign out of your Adobe account. When signing back in, you should see a profile selection prompt. Please ensure you select the Personal Profile instead of the School Account.

Once you’ve done this, please let us know if you are able to access the apps without issue. We’re here to assist further if needed.

Regards,

^AN
