Are the account consolidation emails we are receiving from Adobe legitimate?

There are several individual Adobe licenses under your company domain that are currently unmanaged and billed outside your team account. Not taking any action right now may lead to:

    Thank you for posting this. We understand you would want to be sure before acting on an email like this.

    We can confirm that the email you received about consolidating the individual licenses under your company domain is legitimate.

    Consolidation simply means bringing those individual Creative Cloud plans under your Creative Cloud for teams plan, so the users and licenses can be managed from the Admin Console instead of each person handling their own plan. Billing also comes under the one plan, and whatever the users have in their individual cloud storage gets moved to your team's pooled storage, which lets your organization control those assets.

    As for the specifics of your account, the account manager will be able to take you through them on the call. Whether you want to take it up is completely your choice.
