Are there any WRITTEN packets that can be used for Adobe CC 2020?

I'm looking for written learning packets in PDF form that can be used for 11th and 12th grade high school students. Most of my students are from inner city schools where they don't have internet access and are only being handed out Chromebooks -- that can't install Adobe CC 2020. Is there anything out there or on the Adobe Learning site?

As per the screenshot, it seems that the creative cloud apps are not able to connect with Adobe servers. There could be many reasons like the date & time (time zone) of the machine is incorrect, ports are blocked in host file, antivirus is blocking the ports and Adobe endpoints, using VPN or proxies. It is something related to the networking. The user or admin has to check the settings of the machine. It is not related to the account.

Yeah, I kind of realize that it isn't related to the account. I'm pretty sure that since none of my students can afford the top of the line computers, then they can't run this new Adobe CC 2020 at home. While it is a great gesture on Adobe's part to allow an at home license it doesn't help me as a teacher, if they can't run it. I also, cannot go to their house to check their computer due to the lockdown we're on right now.

    No, those links will not help, thanks anyway. I really do appreciate Adobe offering free licenses for my students to use at home, however it takes a lot of computer power to load these programs and none of my students have a computer that will handle it. This is what they are getting when they try to log in to the Creative Cloud desktop. She is working from home with no firewall, date and time are correct --  so I'm not sure what to tell her.
