You will have to purchase volume licence for Acrobat DC & then get it downgraded to Acrobat XI volume licence by contacting Adobe volume licence team.
This is only possible in special case i.e you will have to purchase volume licence for Acrobat DC.
Another option is go for ETLA where you will get the option to download older version. I will recommend you to contact Adobe Volume licencing team Business software licensing | Adobe Buying Programs for better assistance on this issue.
