Assign Creative Cloud All Apps to a group

Is anyone else having trouble assigning an product to a group via the admin console?  Everytime I try to assign the Creative Cloud All Apps to a group, it gives me an error message saying that "the backend system is not available, please check the services and try again later."

There seems to be some maintenance in progress to improve the service quality. It might be because of that.  https://status.adobe.com/
