Assigned Adobe CC license not available to new user

Dear all,

Last week I added an extra CC license to our license pool. I created a new user and assigned the licens to it. Wherever I login with the new user, I get the message that the user uses a free account with a temporary trial license. When I log out and back in with the admin user, I can see the new user with the CC license assigned to it. I tried to remove the new user and created another one, but still same problem. Am I doing something wrong, or is there anyone who knows how to solve this issue?
