At home access for my students? Photoshop CC and Lightroom Classic

Hello ,

My schools Tech Dept filled out the form to request access for my students now stuck at home, however, they have not heard back. I am sure Adobe is overwhelmed but it has been 5 days since requesting? Should they re-send the request?

    Hello,
    Most of my students have been able to access—some still have issues. Do you
    have the steps listed anywhere on how to download using school credentials?
