Questo è quello che appare quando usiamo Firefly SENZA essere loggati: come vedi appaiono tutti i modelli di generazione di terze parti

Questo invece è quello che appare quando usiamo Firefly LOGGATI con l’utente Adobe: come vedi i modelli di generazione di terze parti NON appaiono

Su Admin Console ho solo questa voce e, in teoria, i modelli di terze parti dovrebbero essere abilitati

qualcuno ha una soluzione?

Buongiorno. Il problema riguarda tutti gli utenti del Team che hanno provato a utilizzare i motori di terze parti

@MaxMonter See above and make sure your plan admin has enabled the feature in the admin console (see below). Until they do no one will be able to use third-pary generators.

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the screenshots. Based on your query, it appears that you have enabled Settings > Asset Settings > Non-Adobe generative AI models in the Admin Console, but you are still unable to access non-Adobe generative AI models within Adobe apps and tools. Could you please confirm if this is the issue you are experiencing?

Additionally, please confirm whether this issue is occurring for a specific end user or for all users in your organization.

If it is affecting only one user, please try removing that user from the Admin Console, then re-adding and reassigning the license. You can follow the steps in this document:
