Please let me know all user's audit log for over 90days to record current users and removed users in this year. eg)Jan. 2022 - Nov. 2022

You need to do that on your own via the admin console. If you need help, you should contact support, who will walk you through the procedure. I do not even know if what you are asking for is possible. I've never needed this.
