AUSST - 'Icons' folder is deleted with every incremental sync

Hi All,

I am relatively inexperienced with the AUSST service – Nevertheless I have built and configured a server which was working for some time. We are now experiencing an issue whereby the 'Icons' folder (~/acc/services/ffc/icons) and contents is deleted on each incremental sync. Therefore the Creative Cloud task, on the subscriber's PC, to download the ‘~/acc/services/ffc/icons/productIcon’ file fails because the directory is not present . On two occasions, I have recreated the folder and scheduled another sync, however the folder was again deleted.

Any help  or advice you can offer would be much appreciated.
