AUSST product download error

We are having an issue with our AUSST server. Some products fail to download to the server. Have tried the Fresh Synchronization a few times now with most products downloading to the server fine. Clients install updates that are availble without issue. Problem is since the AUSST server doesn't get some of the products neither do the clients.

AdobeUpdateServerTool.log example : Error occurred in download of package (Name: AdobePremierePro11AllTrial Version: 11.1.4.1). Error code: '125'

AUSST is running on a Mac server. AUSST version 5.1.0.9. Clients are macOS 10.14.6

The same products have dropped with each attempt to sync. Anyone having similar issues?

No we are not. We are using Premiere Pro CC 2020.

The issue we are have is not on the client end. It is the AUSST server. We have tried multiple Fresh Synchronizations but still see araound 20 errors with products downloading from Adobe. The example I gave above was a snippet from the AUSST log. Any advise specific to our issue?

Error 125 comes when there is a connectivity issue. It might be the case that the setup is not able to connect to the Adobe server to download the updates.

Hi Bani,

No that doesn't help. As I mentioned above we have done Fresh Synchronization multiple times. Sync completes with exit 0 but there are some errors. When running RUM on client there are no issues. Updates that have downloaded to the AUSST are available to the client. Any other suggestions?

Kindly confirm if you are using Premiere Pro CC11. If yes, then it is an unauthorized version and is not supported. You can check the list of all unauthorized apps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/remove-unauthorized-versions.html.
