AUSST Sync downloads are slow? Is this expected?

Hi All,

It seems like the downloads on our AUSST sync seem to cap out at around 4-5Mbps, is this normal? Means our sync's take aaaagggeees to complete.

Based on other testing (e.g. fast.com) on the same server, it should be able to get closer to 1Gbps assuming no other throttling from Adobe.

Hi, @Jason_TMBL could you please raise a support ticket from the admin console and share the Logs from the Log Collector tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html. Along with this, please share the System info (MSinfo32, RAM & HDD Space)

We are also experiencing big problems on syncing, the speed is really really slow. We double checked inhouse, if there are any other rules or infrastrukture problems exists, but everything seems to be o.k.

Is there a way to speed up the sync. We are syncing now for about 24 hours and there are still to sync > 100 GB.

I havent had a chance to open the support case yet. But did notice the speed does sometimes spike higher closer to the actual available bandwidth for a little while, but then settles back to the ~4Mbps for an extended period.
