Auto sharing libraries

We share several libraries with several people on our team. Currently, we individually share each library with each team member, which can be cumbersome.

Is there a way to automate the process, so each member simply has access to all libraries? Or maybe an admin panel where you can select a user and which libraries they can have access to? This would be helpful for new hires, so we could give them immediate access to a selection of libraries.
