Automatic creation of users in fiduciary contracts

Hello,

We have 3 contracts with Adobe, one DX and two ETLA. We set up a directory in the DX contract using Azure and set the two ETLA contracts as fiduciaries of the DX contract. However, when we add a user or group in Azure, it automatically creates it in the DX contract but does not automatically create it in the ETLA contracts. Is there any additional configuration we need to do for users to be automatically created in the ETLA contracts that are fiduciaries of the already configured DX?

I would like the user that is automatically created in the DX contract to also be automatically created in the ETLA contracts that are linked to the DX contract.

I thank you in advance for the help.

Hi @ruan_pablo,

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the delay in response. Based on your query, it seems you want to ensure that users created in the DX contract are also automatically created in the linked ETLA contracts. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

This is now supported through a Global Admin Console feature called Group Projection. Group Projection allows you to sync user groups and their associated users from a single management source to multiple Admin Consoles. Global administrators can share user groups with hierarchical descendants of the source organization, working downward, not upward or side-to-side. Check the following document (see the section “Share user groups”): https://adobe.ly/3JA5Pn7

Could you confirm whether your DX and ETLA Admin Consoles are already part of a Global Admin Console hierarchy? If not, you’ll need to set that up first. You can get started with the guide here: https://adobe.ly/3HE5wap

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Regards,

Hi @Anshul_Nautiyal ,

We don't have the Global Admin Console yet, I requested it according to the documentation.
Thank you very much for your help.
