Being billed for Photoshop, but unable to access it

I bought the monthly subscription using a student email for Photoshop back in December and have been using it with no issues until this month. Recently, I encountered an issue wherein I could not access my account and was instead offered to buy photoshop or start a free trial. I was charged for the month, so I was a little confused. When I checked my Adobe account, it says I have no history of paying for the plan and that I have no current plans. Since this is a student account, I cannot contact Adobe directly. I would just like to be able to cancel my student plan and switch to a personal account so that I may access things easier and not be charged for a service I am unable to use.

Okay, have figured it out now. I was trying to use the "business" account instead of the personal one. I am since able to find my plan.
