Being charged a cancellation fee even after being with Adobe for 15+ years

This is ridiculous.
I have been with Adobe with a few of my businesses since around 2008.
I have had multiple applications and now I dont need them as I have gone in another direction.
I now try and cancel my account and I am being told I have to pay $95 cancellation .
Ha, are you kidding.
I then go and chat to the support "agent" who regurgitates the same : if you cancel within the contract you will have to pay blah blah blah.
No GOOD ADOBE. This is unjust and just shows a lack of care towards customers.
Let me leave without charge or I will take this further.
