Betreff: Abo Kündigung/ Abo wird im Account nicht angezeigt

Hallo Zusammen,

 

wir haben das gleiche Problem mit dem Unterschied, dass wir uns nicht mit dem falschen Konto anmelden. Über das private Konto hat meine Kollegin eine Lizenz für die CC Version. Auf dem Geschäftskonto sind 5 Lizensen für die Acrobat Pro Version, die wir nicht mehr benötigen und keinen Rechner dazu angemeldet haben aber trotzdem 142,74€ monatlich zahlen! Seit Monaten versuchen wir dahinter zu kommen, wie wir dieses kündigen können. Leider ohne Erfolg. Hat jemand eine Idee wie wir Kontakt zu Adobe aufnehmen können?

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    Hi kglad,

    at first thanks for your answer!

    My question is how do I cancel the 5 licenses for Acrobat Pro. We don't use them and I can't chose the button "Change your Plan" or in german "Abo verwalten". I can't see any invoice or order. Only in overview tab I can see that we have the 5 licenses for Acrobat Pro.  And - what is even more important - we see it in the monthly debit to the account!  € 142,74 for nothing what we use. -.-

    again, what kind of license(s) do you have?  one teams/enterprise license with 5 seats, or 5 individual licenses?
