I have the Same problem and want to cancel my subscription. How do I do that? Does anyone know?

    I looked into your account details and found that you have an active team subscription. You may need to contact the team admin for getting the subscription cancelled. You can also refer to this article: https://adobe.ly/3Jq4qQm
