Hallo, ich habe ein ähnliches Problem mit LrC: Das Update für Creative Cloud/Photoshop findet den Installer nicht; der ist aber über den Explorer zu finden, er lässt sich aber nicht starten.
Möglicher Zusammenhang: Die Zwischenablage ist ausgegraut, wegen einer Gruppenrichtlinie, von der ich, ein Privater, nichts weiß.

Ich habe nirgends gelesen, auch hier nicht, dass Creative Cloud Uninstaller auch eine Reparatur-Funktion hat. Großen Geheimnis?
Das hat funktioniert. Bin noch unentschieden, ob ich die Zwischenablage wieder akktiviere. 0&0 Shutup deaktiviert sie....

During the operating system upgrade, it’s possible that some system components became corrupted or were impacted by existing restrictions, which in turn blocked the Adobe installer or update process. Running the Creative Cloud Uninstaller helped because it repairs and re-registers Adobe installer services and related dependencies, resolving the blocked or corrupted components.
