Better pricing for small teams

Since Adobe is a monthly subscription, I feel there should be better pricing alternatives for multiple users, especially when a 2nd or 3rd user has very light usage.

I’m talking about a user case for a part time designer or something similar, where it’s not worth paying for a separate subscription because the user only needs access for an hour or two per day. Surely, if adobe insists that one cannot share a subscription, you could add a user to a private cc account for a reduced fee (like ¼ or ½ of the full price)?

I just think it’s ridiculous that a company that has a complete monopoly on the creative industry can justify these fees for programmes filled with issues that crash frequently. I really think that this excessive pricing is killing the field for young / struggling creatives.

Also, why does the “small business teams” option only get 100gb cloud storage, when an individual plan gets 1Tb… Make it make sense

    Hi @jamiec5349957,

Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your sharing your perspective on pricing for small teams. We understand that managing costs is important, especially when team members have varying usage levels.

We want to address a couple of points and share some options that may be helpful:

    • Regarding cloud storage for Teams: Creative Cloud for Teams provides 1TB of cloud storage per license, which is pooled across your organization, so any user can access unused storage from others as long as the total hasn't been exceeded. You can find the full details here: https://adobe.ly/4dBNe6L

    • For team members with lighter usage, Creative Cloud for teams offers both All Apps (Creative Cloud Pro) plans and Single App plans (select one app). Teams can mix and match these plan options to meet their business needs. For team members who only need access to specific tools like Photoshop or Illustrator, a Single App plan may be a better fit. You can compare all available plans and pricing here: https://adobe.ly/4dq7lDY

    • Regarding your pricing feedback: We'd encourage you to submit your suggestions through our Feature Request section here on the Adobe Community or via the Adobe Wishform

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,
    ^BS
