Billed for XD plan, but account has no plan currently

I ran into a brick wall with the chat bot, so I'm coming here for some assistance.

A couple of years ago, my company decided to pay for a subscription to XD for one of our vendor's staff members. I added our company card to her personal account and we were billed appropriately for the initial purchase and one renewal.

In November of 2023, this user stopped working for us and her company added her account to their enterprise Adobe plan. I logged into her account and confirmed that my billing info wasn't present and her account was tied to their enterprise account. Currently the account has no plan and no billing info associated with it.

However, I received a charge on my company card for another year of XD. I confirmed with the vendor that they definitely don't have my card on file and they didn't receive an invoice on that date.

I need to find out why/where my card is still tied to an XD plan and cancel the plan/remove my card. Help?!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi -- I don't have access to the admin console because the account in question belongs to another company's enterprise account. Do I need them to submit a support request about the issue?
