Billing history Download and Send Mail Button Does Not Work

As I show it below when I try to download bills nothing happens. I am currently using Microsoft Edge. I have tried on Chrome too nothing happens either.

Sorry about this situation. You still could try to use incognito browsing. If that does not work, try with a different network. Sometimes corporate firewalls disallow the internet addresses that are needed for the download.
