Billing issue

I have been wrongly charged for an Adobe license even though I am on an Adobe for Enterprise plan. I am not able to contact Adobe as I get redirected to a "please contact your administrator" message, but this is not an issue with my administrator. How do I get in touch with Adobe in order to resolve this?

    contact your administrator.  they must contact adobe to rectify a problem with your account/billing.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
