billing issues

money has been taken out of our account for renewal of the adobe license however we are still getting notified that we have a billing issue and our subscription is expiring. Who do i contact for help?

We reviewed the account you used to post here and found that you are on a Teams subscription. For assistance regarding accounts and payments, you would have to contact support. You can contact support using the Admin Console. Navigate to Support in Admin Console > Start chat.
