Blank screen installing InDesign CC Server 2019

Hello,  I'm trying to install InDesign CC Server 2019 on a Windows Server 2016, but the app is stuck in a white screen, and can't get pass through it.

I have alredy run the Adobe Cleaner Tool.

I deleted all the credentials of Adobe from the Credential Manager.

I have already checked my profile for any special characters, but I do not see anyone.

The server is behind a proxy.

If it helps, I am able to install the InDesign CC Desktop version.

Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Hello Nicolas,

Could you please share the PDapp logs from the machine where you are trying to install.

PDapp.log location: Windows: \Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Temp

Hidden Appdata folder: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/show-hidden-files-folders-extensions.html

I am also trying to craete a package at my end. I will share a link with you via private message. Check if that works.

Thanks,
Nikhil Gupta
