As mentioned in the above thread, if your manager or another team member needs access to billing history, this functionality is not available on individual plans. To allow shared access to billing and administrative functions, we recommend upgrading to a Creative Cloud for Teams or Enterprise subscription.
By upgrading to a Teams subscription, you can assign a contract owner (such as your supervisor), who will have access to billing information via the Adobe Admin Console. More information on managing invoices within Teams or Enterprise subscriptions can be found here:
