Bought plan but does not activate

So my school has a 10 dollar per year plan with most applications. However this evening a few hours after I bought it it does not show up and I don't know if I need to activate something but I need help (I received a receipt as well).

That's an impressive discount - for most people it's $600 per year. You really need to talk to your school about how to get this special plan working.
