Consigo seguir o processo para emissão da Fatura via Admin Console. Contudo, para prestações de contas contábeis no Brasil é necessário a emissão da Nota Fiscal de Serviço (NFS-e).

Como devo proceder para obtê-la?

Preferencialmente, uma solução para recebimento automático, já que se trata da cobrança mensal do pacote Creative Cloud.

Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, it appears you have an active Individual Lightroom plan associated with the Adobe ID used to post your query.

To view or download your invoices, please follow these steps:

Sign in at https://adobe.ly/4h9Ybfb.

Select View invoices for your plan or product.

In the Orders and Invoices section, click View invoices.

From there, you can view, download, or email your invoice by selecting the corresponding option.

Não consegui e após contato telefônico com o suporte eles alegam que não precisam pagar imposto no Brasil.

Estamos tentando cancelar a assinatura desde então e realizar a contratação por meio de um distribuidor local, mas, naturalmente, não estão facilitando nossa vida.....2 meses já se vão tentando resolver essa situação e o suporte não está muito interessado em resolver.

o atendente do chat me teimou a que invoice (fatura) é a mesma coisa que a nota fiscal.

Também notei que a Adobe não está muito afim de resolver essa pendência com os assinantes brasileiros.
